Suzanne Morin

Bio

Suzanne Morin is an accomplished National Grand Prix rider who has been competing on the A circuit since the age of 12.

As a young junior, Suzanne spent many years and was extremely successful in the hunter ring, achieving numerous high point awards and championships. As a teenager and into her amateur years, she competed successfully on her imported, Dutch Warmblood gelding, Ovation, in the CET medals and the modified jumper divisions.

Suzanne is currently competing in the National Open divisions on her Grand Prix mount, Cavallo. Cavallo was imported from Holland in 2003 as a 4 year old jumper prospect. Through the last few years, Cavallo and Suzanne have formed a great partnership and are competing successfully in the 1.40m-1.45m divisions.

Suzanne is a certified Equine Canada coach and enjoys preparing young horses and clients for competition as well as working with those who just want to learn to ride for the love of the horse. Sportsmanship and horsemanship are key in her program, as well as a desire to learn.

Val Archer

Bio

Val Archer was born into a horse family and has grown up with horses. The Archer family is well known in the hunter/jumper and racing world. She has ridden and shown since childhood up to the 4'6" level. Val has been coaching for 30 years at the A circuit level. She has been extremely successful bringing young horses and riders along who currently, under her instruction, are competing at a National level.
